MET Seminaries for Lay-People


MET-BASICS

Conveys basic knowledge that is necessary to be able to immediately apply Meridian-Energy-Techniques. Besides communicating theoretical background practical exercises, meaning direct immediate application of specific techniques, are learned.

Here each participant gets the chance to practise on him/herself and/or others.

Contents:

  • introduction to energetic psychology
  • demonstration of meridian-energy-techniques
  • exercises with meridian-energy-techniques
  • areas of application of MET
  • MET with children
  • process of “healing inner wounds”
  • mental tapping
  • substitute tapping
  • MET with animals

Each attendant receives a certificate of participation as well as extensive documentation materials.

An average physical and psychological ability to cope is required.

MET is not meant to replace medical diagnosis and therapy, however it can support and be an expedient complimentary treatment.

MET ADVANCED

is a close follow up to MET BASICS. For this class there is also no vocational restriction. However, it is expected that in the meantime participants have acquired experience in the use of MET on themselves.

Contents:

  • clarification of questions about self-applied MET
  • additional healing sentences
  • levels of consciousness and morphic fields
  • Learning collarbone-breathing according to Dr. Roger Callahan
  • using choices while tapping
  • using affirmations while tapping
  • MET and forgiveness
  • using MET to reach goals and fulfil wishes

Each attendant receives a certificate of participation as well as extensive documentation materials.

Completion of MET BASICS is preliminary requirement for this course.
An average physical and psychological ability to cope is required.

MET THERAPIST

Participation in this seminar is also possible for lay people. If you wish to take the written exam (based on contents of MET BASICS and MET ADVANCED) you can obtain the trademarked title MET Berater/in® (MET counselor). After submission of 10 documented MET treatments and participation in MET SUPERVISOR you can also obtain the trademarked title of MET Therapeut® (MET Therapist).
